Boarding House
St George’s College at its Quilmes site offers a co-educational boarding programme where students from diverse cultures live together, strengthening bonds and enriching their learning experiences. With flexible accommodation options, the programme fosters community, responsibility, and cohabitation from the Sixth Grade of Prep School.

The boarding house provides not only comfort but also an enriching experience. Students live in an environment that promotes independence, responsibility, and friendship, enjoying modern facilities and a strong sense of family community.
Facilities
Recently renovated, the residence offers a warm and modern environment. It features separate rooms for men and women, a mix of shared and exclusive common areas, and access to all the school's sports facilities.
Full Residential: Accommodation from Monday to Sunday, with the option to leave on weekends with authorisation.
Weekly Residential: Monday to Friday, ideal for students who live far away. Transport to and from Buenos Aires available.
A typical day at the Boarding House:
07:00 am: The day begins
07:30 am: Breakfast in the dining room
08:00 am: Start of the school day
04:45 pm: Tea time
05:00 pm: Free time for recreation (Sports, Music, Arts)
07:00 pm: Scheduled study time
08:00 pm: Dinner time
08:30 pm: Personal time / Study
10:00 pm: Rest time
At weekends, the schedule is more flexible, with rest times decided by the Houseparents.
Our Houseparents team plays a key role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our students. They oversee the daily life of the Residence, looking after their welfare, safety and health. They work closely with parents, ensuring that each student receives the best possible support making them feel at home.
